Chief Executive Officer

A trusted change maker and leader with over 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a passion for excellence in the people she is honored to serve. After culinary school, Krista was invited to complete her externship at the world-renowned French Laundry in Napa Valley (2004-5). She went on to work for The Ritz Carlton (Buckhead Atlanta, Georgia) for two years, working her way up to Sous Chef under the leadership of French Master Chef Eric Chopin. Five-star service and excellence have followed Krista throughout her career and the clients she has supported. Honing her skills and learning is ever evolving for Krista. She has taken much of her personal time off while employed as a stagier at three more of The Thomas Keller’s Restaurant Group restaurants: Bouchon Bakery, Bouchon, and Ad Hoc.

Krista has been able to carry her passion for excellence through her career as she has spent the last 18 years in contract food service, and the most recent 8 years in Senior Living. Operational excellence, culinary programs and implementation are her wheelhouse and she has held such positions as Director, GM, Regional Chef, Corporate Chef, and most recently, Corporate Director of Culinary Excellence.

She truly believes results and sustainable change happen when we genuinely care about our people, have impeccable communication with our teams, and empower others through clear expectation and accountability.

Krista graduated Summa Cum Laude from Le Cordon Bleu with a degree in Culinary Arts of Applied Sciences.

Chief Experience Officer

a seasoned Program and Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. With a strong track record of successful project delivery and management, Kari has worked with major Fortune 500 brands such as Nike, The Coca-Cola Company, Electronic Arts, Turner Broadcasting, Qualcomm, and Yahoo!

Starting her career in the financial sector at Yahoo!, Kari quickly transitioned her focus to mobile and application development. She went on to launch the first mobile app for Coca-Cola and subsequently launched several brand and TV network mobile apps for Turner.

During her tenure at Qualcomm, Kari was a pioneer in the R&D of Near Field Communications (NFC), an emerging technology that allows two devices to communicate with each other when they are close together. She then shifted her focus to IT Security while working at Electronic Arts (EA Sports), where she was responsible for player data privacy and protection.

Kari's expertise in Program and Project Management, coupled with her extensive experience across multiple industries, has made her an invaluable asset to any organization she works with. Her dedication to excellence, strong leadership skills, and strategic thinking have earned her a reputation as a highly effective and respected leader in the IT industry.

Chief Marketing Officer

Jessica is a creative mind with over 23 years of experience in the marketing, design and art industry. Her passion for painting and decoupage inspired her to pursue a commercial art program at Florida Metropolitan University in Orlando, FL.

After working in commercial and retail marketing for several years, Jessica decided to pursue more creative freedom and joined Norwegian Cruise Lines and Sixthman. Here she developed her skills in designing themed cruises for major artists, sponsors, and fans, and also served as a Communications Manager and Photography Assistant, ensuring effective communication of multimedia, signage, and design.

Aside from her impressive corporate and freelance experience, Jessica possesses excellent project management and leadership skills. Her desire is to connect, engage, grow, and lead businesses to success. With her diverse skillset, she is passionate about bringing her creative problem-solving abilities to any opportunity presented to her.

Jessica currently resides in Williston, North Dakota, with her husband, Brandon, and two kids.

Rose Ellen is a nursing leader and educator with over 37 years of experience in the healthcare industry. With a strong background in Critical Care and Endoscopy nursing, Rose Ellen's journey has been marked by a deep commitment to providing compassionate care to all patients and their families.

Throughout her career, Rose Ellen has held various leadership roles in clinical management, emphasizing the importance of caring passionately with purpose. As the Director of Operations of the surgical division of a major hospital in St Petersburg Florida, she led many educational projects, driving successful outcomes for patients and staff alike.

Rose Ellen recognizes that direct reports need support, conversation, and autonomy to succeed. In her 27 years of leadership roles, she prioritized the development of her team members, empowering them to achieve their goals.

A lifelong learner, Rose Ellen has presented at various medical conferences and is drawn to multiple avenues of learning. Her favorite experience was the "Ritz Carlton" service recovery symposium, where she learned valuable lessons about providing simple solutions with priceless impact.

Rose Ellen holds a 3-year RN Diploma from Sharon General Hospital, a Bachelor of Science Degree with honors from Penn State University, and a dual program Master of Science in Nursing and an Advanced Nursing Practice "Clinical Nurse Specialist" Educator License with highest honors from Youngstown State University.
